This is my Plan people.
RULES:
1. Start everyday with my lemon Juice, Honey and Hotwater mixture ( its a bit like the master cleanse juice but without the mayple syrup or cannyne pepper.
2. Drink 2Litres of water a day ( i put a hint of lemon somtimes..but if i get the rigth water instaed of using tap water..ill be fine)
3. Monday,Tuesday,and Wednesdays are my Jucie Feast days. This means 2 out of 3 of my meals i juice feast - this will be breakfasy and lunch. ( i dont know if i will actually use juice maybe just use the lemon honey mixture)
4. Before Dinner eat a Raw fruit or vegetable and 250ml of water.
5. Portion size. Keep control use a smaller bowl or plate when eating food or smaller spoon or fork. ( i wouldnt mind going to get a baby;s spoon).
6. Walk 40mins a Day.
7. Eat slowly..taje your Time. give yourself at leat 20mins to eat a meal.

8. DO NOT GET TOO OBSESSED...ITS JUST FOOD TAKE IT EASY.
