2011 WeightLoss: Day 3

Hey, Guys. Am so sorry i know i promised to update y'all on the first id january..but i couldnt. So now its the 3rd of January so am just gonna recap all that happed.

Day 1..
Starting weight saturday 1st :
WE-IN (1) ....183.8----My goal by saturday the  8th: 181.8. So i am wanting to lose at least 2 Ibs a week which adds up to 1kg a week
Did fine in the mornining but in the evening i just eat and eat. So i was thinking i should just start from the 2nd of january, however i was No. this is a weightloss journey and a journey has ups and downs right. so starting on the day you do the best doesnt really matter. Even though you dont expect your down days to come on day 1 lol.
But i do have 2 Cheat days in a Month where i just eat whatever so i decided to make that my cheat day and my other one will be on the 7th of January My Birthday!!!

Oh , yh remeber i said i would be calorie counting about 1,200 cals a day. well i just so tired of doing that. Sooo i have make a decision that just for the first week, i wanna not calorie count and just try and eat smaller portions, drink more water and just listen to my body when its hungry or when its full. Ishoe you my PLAN ..ona nother post. Okay,anywayz ,,if i do lose the weight i wanted to through "East when you are hungry, Stop when u feel the slightest full". then i might just switch to that instead. But if i do do this plan then i will have to set limits on certain foods since calories counting would have done that anywayz. or maybe i could alternate weeks??

Day 2......................
It went good. i start everymoring with a hotwater, lemon and honey Mixture for breakfast. also made up the rule that before eating Dinner i need to eat a raw fruit or vegetable and drink 250ml of water. An seriously decree ma portion sizes doesnt matter how healthy eating toomuch of it is still adding calories. END OF STORY.

ALso i think ill be blogging every other day. SO..day 4.......6....8..........10........12...........14
(only if it is a weigh in = WE-IN  day. then i need to update/
