Hey people.
its been a while, just wanna come and update you on what going on.
So i decided - i told you am sure on my last post - that i wasnt doing calories counting anymore. i just eat when am hungry and stop when am full in addition with my 9 RULE PLAN, which you will find on earlier posts.
So its day 14 , its going well so far tomorrow in My-Second-Weigh-In. But its the "time of the month" so am not too sure what the scales will say...but i know on My-Third-Weigh-In, is when i will really see how much i have lost. But really am far ahead of schedule. My goal was 2 pounds every week and in weeks 1 i lost 6.2 pounds. so even if i do put on a few pounds during this time...it wont be that bad.
I do have to admit...i have been quiet lazy in blogging...actually have exams in like 2 weeks so i will try and blog at least 2wice a week. Erm....also i have not done any exercise this week at all, so am sure that will reflect on the scales.
