2011 WeightLoss: Day 32 ( 1st Febuary 2011)

Hey Guys, i know its been a while.
Well i havent been doing too well, for the last 2 weeks it seemed i forgot i was trying to lose weight and took advantage of the fact that i wasnt on any restricted diet plan. My goal weight for SATURDAY 29th JANUARY, was 175.8. Soi stepped on the scale and it was 181.2 HORRIBLE!!!.

I really thought i was on the right track..i think ijust got Bored. But its a new Month today isthe first of Febuary. and i feel i need to do something drastic to strink my stomach , cause i think i have really strectched it over the past two weeks.
So am doing a new plan just for the First 7 days of Febuary. i hope to lose at Least 5 pounds so i should be at the point i should have been before going on a cruise with FOOD.lol

Am calling my plan "The 7 Perfection Plan". this is just somthing i made up myself like yesterday. Ill post details ...On my next post.

2011 WeightLoss: Day 14

Hey people.
its been a while, just wanna come and update you on what going on.
So i decided - i told you am sure on my last post - that i wasnt doing calories counting anymore. i just eat when am hungry and stop when am full in addition with my 9 RULE PLAN, which you will find on earlier posts.

So its day 14 , its going well so far tomorrow in My-Second-Weigh-In. But its the "time of the month" so am not too sure what the scales will say...but i know on My-Third-Weigh-In, is when i will really see how much i have lost. But really am far ahead of schedule. My goal was 2 pounds every week and in weeks 1 i lost 6.2 pounds. so even if i do put on a few pounds during this time...it wont be that bad.

I do have to admit...i have been quiet lazy in blogging...actually have exams in like 2 weeks so i will try and blog at least 2wice a week. Erm....also i have not done any exercise this week at all, so am sure that will reflect on the scales.

2011 WeightLoss: End of Week 1 Weigh in!!

Hey guys, i just want tp update you on my weightloss journey. its the end of week onw now. i weighed myself on saturday the 8th. so here goes

Starting weight ( 1st January 2011) = 183.8 pounds

Goal weight ( at end of week 1 ) = 181.8

Actuall weight ( at end of week 1) = 177.4 !!!!!

wow ....that amazing 6.2 pounds in one weeks.
I've eating Pizza , chocolate cake drunk soft drinks and i still lost that much.
Thank you Jesus...the nible verse " seek ye first the kingdom of God and everything shall be added". If you take care of God's work he will take care of you.
So after such a successful week of this plan...i have decided not to do calorie counting anymore and just ( Eat when am hungry and stop when i am full and my plan).

HAPPY Birthday To Meee!!!!
Day 5....Wednesday 5th

1. Start everyday with my lemon Juice, Honey and Hotwater mixture YES

2. Drink 2Litres of water a day YES

3. Monday,Tuesday,and Wednesdays are my Jucie Feast days. This means 2 out of 3 of my meals i juice feast - this will be breakfasy and lunch. YES

4. Before Dinner eat a Raw fruit or vegetable and 250ml of water. YES

5. Portion size. Keep control use a smaller bowl or plate when eating food or smaller spoon or fork. YES

6. Walk 40mins a Day. NO...20mins

7. Eat slowly..take your Time. give yourself at leat 20mins to eat a meal. YES

8. DO NOT GET TOO OBSESSED...ITS JUST FOOD TAKE IT EASY.


Day 4.... Thursday 6th

2011 WeightLoss: The RIGHT way Plan

This is my Plan people. 

RULES:

1. Start everyday with my lemon Juice, Honey and Hotwater mixture ( its a bit like the master cleanse juice but without the mayple syrup or cannyne pepper.
2. Drink 2Litres of water a day ( i put a hint of lemon somtimes..but if i get the rigth water instaed of using tap water..ill be fine)
3. Monday,Tuesday,and Wednesdays are my Jucie Feast days. This means 2 out of 3 of my meals i juice feast - this will be breakfasy and lunch. ( i dont know if i will actually use juice maybe just use the lemon honey mixture)
4. Before Dinner eat a Raw fruit or vegetable and 250ml of water.
5. Portion size. Keep control use a smaller bowl or plate when eating food or smaller spoon or fork. ( i wouldnt mind going to get a baby;s spoon).
6. Walk 40mins a Day.
7. Eat slowly..taje your Time. give yourself at leat 20mins to eat a meal.
