2011 WeightLoss: The RIGHT way

Hey everyone am Ebony. Am 16 years old and i wanna start my weightloss journey on the 1st january 2011. Throughtout the year(2010) i have lost some weight but just put it put on again. And really guys there is NO weightloss secrect, spell, pill, shake  thats gonna do it for you. Even at such i young age i know  the equation for weight , which had been here since ........FOREVER...... still stands.

EAT LESS + EXERCISE MORE = WEIGHTLOSS
                                Or
REDUCE INPUT + INCREASE OUTPUT = WEIGHTLOSS


Okay now i have to give you details: 
I am 5 feet 8 1/2 inches ................Currently 181 pounds ( by january am sure ill be more)

My Goal weight is Between 150 -160 Pounds.

Am going to be on this Journey from the 1st of January till the 1st of April- this gives me 3 months. I do not want to rush this!!. By then i wont to have successesfull lost the weight an maintanied it. Hopefully from Then i will just maintain my weight.

I am currently an Pant size 14(Uk), But  beause i am so tall you wouldnt guess that weighed as much as i do. Believe me i have Pant size 12 and 10 in my Closet and i sure will wear them before Summer 2011....Hopefully.

The plan i will be using i think will be Calori restriction/ Calorie counting. It has worked for me in the pass when i went from 184 pounds down to 173. Honestly i dont think the calories for all i things i ate were accurate but i do like this method because i can still eat what i like but i know is i have only 120 calories left should i have that small piece of chocolate cake or 2 juicy apples. Because if i am really hungry ill go for the apples instead of wasting my calories on the chocolate cake which would probabaly make me even more hungry.
I do i have to say the first time i heard about it and tried it...............i was so annoyed. it was just to tedious. counting everything. But after a while u get familiar with the foods and approximately how many calories are in it.
I will be eating around 1,200 calories a day. But i do have this rule W.O.E.M (work-out- eat- more). If i workout then i can eat 2/3 's of the calories i have burned- Not all people, which will leave me a deficit. This also motivate me to workout and obviously i can eat more.
