Hey guys, i just want tp update you on my weightloss journey. its the end of week onw now. i weighed myself on saturday the 8th. so here goes
Starting weight ( 1st January 2011) = 183.8 pounds
Goal weight ( at end of week 1 ) = 181.8
Actuall weight ( at end of week 1) = 177.4 !!!!!
wow ....that amazing 6.2 pounds in one weeks.
I've eating Pizza , chocolate cake drunk soft drinks and i still lost that much.
Thank you Jesus...the nible verse " seek ye first the kingdom of God and everything shall be added". If you take care of God's work he will take care of you.
So after such a successful week of this plan...i have decided not to do calorie counting anymore and just ( Eat when am hungry and stop when i am full and my plan).
